| With our homes staying very well booked this summer many of our guests have expressed interest in return visits. Most people would prefer not to tie up larger sums of money to book their time slots. We have worked on a solution to this problem and feel we have answered the dilemma for bookings 60 + days months or more in advance 60+ day advance Bookings Property booked prior to 60 days in advance can be held for $150.00. A payment equal to 1/2 the total rental will be required within 30 days of your arrival. We will attempt to notify you near this time. If payment is not made within a reasonable amount of time (1 week max.) your booking may be cancelled with possible forfeiture of your down payment. Approx. one week before arrival we will notify you to make the final payment. In the event of a cancellation the $150.00 payment will be forfeited. We require a $300 dollar security deposit to be mailed prior to your arrival (address above). This is not cashed unless the property has sustained an unusual amount of damage. We felt this was a fair way to eliminate tying up a considerable amount of money and still stop people from just booking dates on the hopes their plans will work. |
