With our homes staying very well booked this summer many of our guests have
expressed interest in return visits. Most people would prefer not to tie up larger sums
of money to book their time slots. We have worked on a solution to this problem and
feel we have answered the dilemma for bookings 60 days or more in advance
We will require a $150 deposit to hold a property. We will ask for the balance of the 1/2
payment approx. 30 days prior to your arrival. Approx. one week prior to your arrival
we will ask you to pay the balance in full or make arrangements with us for other
forms of payment.
If you cancel and the property can be re-rented you will be charged $50.
If the property cannot be rented you will loose the $150
We felt this was a fair way to eliminate tying up a considerable amount of money and
still stop people from just booking dates on the hopes their plans will work.
